Returns and Refunds

This Returns and Refunds Policy applies to purchases from Peptiqo Labs, operated by VIAL TEKNOLOGIES LLC.
Return window
You may request a voluntary return within 14 calendar days after the carrier-recorded delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:
- unopened and unused;
- in its original sealed packaging;
- in the same condition in which it was delivered; and
- accompanied by the order number and information reasonably needed to verify the purchase.
Items that are not eligible
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, an item is not eligible for a voluntary return if it has been opened, used, unsealed, tampered with, relabeled, improperly stored, or damaged after delivery. We cannot accept a return that creates a safety, integrity, traceability, or resale concern.
These restrictions do not eliminate remedies that apply to an incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise nonconforming item under applicable law.
Start a return
Email peptiqo@proton.me within the return window with:
- the order number;
- the item and quantity you want to return;
- the reason for the return; and
- photos showing the item, seal, label, lot identifier, and packaging.
Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending anything. Do not send a return to the public business address unless the instructions specifically direct you to do so. An unauthorized return or a return sent to another address may be delayed or rejected to the extent permitted by law.
Return shipping and original shipping charges
For an approved voluntary return, the customer pays return shipping. The original shipping charge is not refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise. Use a tracked return service and keep the receipt. We are not responsible for a voluntary return lost before it reaches the designated return location, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
If Peptiqo Labs sent the wrong item or an item arrived damaged, Peptiqo Labs will cover the approved resolution after verifying the report. That resolution may include a prepaid return method, replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy.
Inspection and refunds
After an authorized return is received, we will inspect it and notify you whether it meets the return criteria. An approved refund will be initiated to the original payment method. The payment provider or financial institution controls when a credit appears.
Damage, defects, and incorrect items
Report an item that arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect within 48 hours after delivery by emailing peptiqo@proton.me. Include the order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, seal, label, lot identifier, shipping label, shipping carton, and packing materials. Keep the item and all packaging until we provide instructions.
Reporting within 48 hours helps preserve carrier-claim evidence. It does not limit a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges unless Peptiqo Labs approves an exchange in writing. For an ordinary return, return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved. For a verified wrong or damaged shipment, replacement availability depends on stock.
Cancellations
Email peptiqo@proton.me as soon as possible if you want to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after payment review, picking, packing, or shipment has begun. If cancellation is possible, any required refund will be initiated to the original payment method.
Testing records and purchasing decisions
Testing records are shown only when posted for the specific product or lot. Review the record status before ordering. The absence of a posted record does not mean that a record exists, and a record for one lot does not apply to another lot.
Nothing in this Policy limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived or limited.
